What to do
Try to phone
phone is dead hence net.
Try local exchange No.
nobody lifts .. go on trying
sombody lifts one number
told him my phone is dead.. Have you complained
that is what I am doing now
no you have to book complaint on 198 he hanged the phone
there is no other BSNL phone in my knowledge 
I cannot dial 198 from any mobile
again stared dialing BSNL

otherwise by thetime we press the digit as per the instruction
and try to hear further they might have told some thing and we will miss to hear
any how i could book
